I thought I'd show you other solutions like Criteo or Amazon Native Shopping Ads, but it wasn't worth it. Recently, Criteo no longer seems open to welcoming "general public" publishers, moreover they communicate only for the Advertisers part.

Regarding Amazon Native Shopping Ads, it is the almost identical solution to eBay Partner Network, but it is only available for US & UK markets. As it was launched four years ago and we still have no news for a possible launch in France, I doubt that it will really happen.
